Bitstarz can be honest about withwral, but be careful, seems slots are hacked. I play online for over 10 years, start at bitstarz last year, won few, but lost more. Slots there are not reliable. Trust me. Over 1000 spins and only once bonus comes. Its almost if i know whats coming. I just asked them to remove me. No more money for bitstarz.

Hello guys, im new here and im glad i found this website, askgamblers.
im doing a lot of reading here about casinos reviews and i would like to share a bad experience at Spin Palace casino. They blocked my account and confiscated my money ( usd 895,65 ). I sent emails and been to live chat asking for reasons why i was blocked etc... they dont tell me. They simply decided to. Im an online player for years, never had any problems but with Spin Palace casino. I want to understand why a casino can get away with stealing? I think terms and conditions should be applied to casino as well.
I am now, feeling that i cannot trust online casinos anymore. They stole my money. I made usd 300 deposit on friday, won something, and my total was 895,65 when they confiscated my money. I already contacted Ecogra, MGA and others representatives.
Has any of you been in the same situation?

Unjustified? Im not the first person to complain about it. Do you think its pretty normal to drop over 1500 spins and no bonus feauture? Where its the fair play in that?
