rp297 got a reaction from Fiekie247 in PlayNGo return
    Thank you very much,

I am absolutely sure that I did nothing wrong. As I explained before, I know some tricks and some "mouse traps" they put on the terms and conditions and I try to be super careful to not break any rule.

As I mentioned on my complaint, they encouraged me to use VPN and I didn't want, because I play with large stakes and I know that if eventually I hit something like this, they will try to find anything to catch me and avoid paying.  It's not the first time that I win a large prize. In the past I got some huge wins. I assume they're not so huge as this one, but it's not uncommon. And I always got paid, sooner or later.

To be really honest, I don't even know how could a player possibly change the outcome of an online slot, especially when we are talking about these huge providers licensed in big markets.  But they surely have better ways to verify my playing than myself and as you said, I will wait patiently.

What makes me "scared" is the attitude from the casino, lying deliberately as if they never proposed me the deal to accept 100K.
If they can do this, how else they can do?

Well, considering the nature of your case and especially the fact that you are among the very very very few online players who would play slots with bets of $100+ per spin, no surprise your gaming activity (and the winnings sessions specifically) will be super carefully reviewed on any possible level you could think of, including but not limited to Bob's fraud team, their platform provider SoftSwiss/Direx N.V. fraud team and of course, the gaming supplier in question Play'N Go team.

Now, while Bob Casino Direx N.V. are licensed and regulated in Curacao ( definitely not the most rigorous regulatory regime when it comes to online gambling), keep in mind that Play'N Go are duly licensed by MGA, UKGC, etc meaning they have successfully passed regulatory requirements which are are at least a dozen of times more strict than those applied by any of the Curacao Master Licence holders for example.

In short, IF the investigation of your incredible winning streak has already been passed to Play'N Go and you are 100% sure you played by the rules, I believe there is nothing you should worry about. It will take some time though, probably weeks, so although I could imagine how difficult could be to stay calm and patient when there's a million at stake in this case, you must make the impossible and hold your nerves and temper under total control.

In the meantime, I can assure you the AskGamblers Complaints Team will do everything possible to reach to the rock solid, justified and unambiguous truth no matter what, just like we've always done so far regardless the fact whether the disputed amount is a dollar or a million.
