I had 400 in withdrawl and theyv confiscated it and told me I'm not aloud it ?? Because I self excluded on another of there sites. I'm wondering if there's any way round it so I can still collect my winnings

I have this same problem my winnings are only 40p tho . Did u get the problem sorted as I'm unsure what to do ?
