Update... I got the funds! Thank god. Royal Vegas could def use some work on the withdraw process and be more clear about the documents. First time withdrawing from a casino very happy I was accepted. Thanks for the help

Thanks man this is an awesome response I appreciate it. Yes it confusing talking to the agents sometimes. Ive being told its in relation to your current bonus not the bonus you started with, which contradicts the terms. Im just gonna play it safe for now. I was making 500 dollar bets and I started with 250 bonus so thats well over the limit and i was fine.

Hey ladies and gentleman Ive known this has been talked about but I couldnt find indepth detail about this bonus rule. Its the one saying irregular play could be placing bets 30% more or equal to your bonus amount orginally given. Ive been told different things from different operators. I have bet bigger and still gotten my funds no problem. Here is a convo from the casino royalvegas....

Because my bonus is 50 that means to stay in the limit I shouldnt bet more then 14.99 which seems low to me. Am I allowed to bet more or will they confiscate my funds

No, you do not have to worry about that. Just as long as you meet your play through requirements
What is going on here Why am I exempt from this rule what makes me so special? Maybe because its regular for me to make big bets? Why for some players do they confiscate the players. Maybe someone can explain better. Thank you

I have asked and the casino and they said the funds have being released! Im on day 4 and they said either tomorrow or 100% next week. Im so happy. They said the bonus rule I mentioned is on a case by case basis they will look for iregular play and for me I didnt play any different Its very regular for me to make bigger bets and maybe because it was my first time playing on the site they saw past it. I was making 500 dollar bets on black jack. Thanks for the help guys -
Of course I will update. Honestly if they dont pay thats ok very important to read everything correctly. I did ask the guy on the phone “ will I be getting paid 100% and he said yes you will be getting payed.. how can he say that if they havent processed yet. All the calls are recorded too so hopefully hes right.

Update! Im in the 1% apparently because I was emailed a congradulations. It has passed the operations teams and payment team and now will be payed in 3 to 7 days. Yes 3 grand

Hello, I recently played at royal vegas. I didnt read all the bonus terms as carefully as I should of. Long story short I won 3000 but during play I made some big bets in black jack going over 30% more then my bonus amount which is considered iregular play. For me making big bets is regular. What do you guys think? Will they be forgiving and still pay me, I did not intentionally break any rules. Here is the bonus term :

I kept going and turned my reverse into 8300 from 2200 but I locked my account need to stay strong
