Please help resolve this Tangiers Casino issue.  
I have tried online chat and called casino as well as sent the below email to accounting and support at Tangiers with no response. 
  
I withdrew winnings of $3,015 on Jan 11th (pending withdrawal) only to have it returned to my account Jan 15th. 
This was due to a new credit card not verified which I then sent through the info on the 15th and received email from Wade on 17th that account is now again verified . 
After sending this through I had the live chat remove the $0.02 bonus money so I could once again withdraw which they did and I withdrew $3,015 again on the 16th. 
With this money sitting in pending withdrawal I deposited 2 separate $100 payments on 18th receiving bonus money but lost all. 
Logging on today 19th I find the $3,015 that was pending withdrawal back in my account along with a $0.16 bonus money. 
I asked live help plus phone call to remove the $0.16 bonus so I can withdraw this money for the 3rd time only to be told that I need to play through $3,860 to remove the $0.16 bonus money due to a $100 deposit I made yesterday. 
This is ridiculous. 
Please remove this $0.16 bonus so I can withdraw my already approved for withdrawal twice $3,015
