I just want to share my experience with Joe Fortune yesterday. I've been playing for several month and I've put in several thousands without ever winning anything whatsoever. Yesterday after putting in AUD700 - and of course claiming the weekly bonuses with each deposit - Lady Luck smiled on me - or so I thought -and my balance went up to $9544. I went to Cashier to withdraw like $8000 still leaving me with a nice sum to play with.
To my shock the amount I could withdraw was $1.60 - yes, that's correct. Straight away I contacted LiveChat for an explanation where I was told that in actual fact I need 30 times the deposit amount - meaning AUD21,000 - to be able to withdraw at all. She didn't say how much I would be able to withdraw with $21,000 balance???
I tried very hard to get a reasonable answer from her how this whole system works but I couldn't. All I know that it has something to do with the PLAYTHROUGH PROGRESS - whatever that means???
I haven't encountered this system anywhere else and I do believe that it's outrageous and they shouldn't be allowed to operate a software like this.
Anyone else had similar or maybe some positive experience with Joe Fortune? I really like their games.
