Thanks Nick. I was wondering what other names too. They offered me £100 and when I called their bluff and said I have records of further transactions they replied say I was owed a further £720. If they are operating other sites under a different name then I should be entitled to a lot more.

So i received the email too a few days ago and i just got a reply saying they are refunding me £100 in the next 7 days. Pretty sure i've spent more than £100 over the last 6 years. I have replied asking them to double check their records. Only trouble is i don't have statement or anything to confirm my transactions. How is everyone else getting on with theirs?
