I read the law about Remote Gaming Regulations and it says:

 

6. The gaming system must be able to display for each game the following information on the current page or on a page directly accessible from the current page via a hyperlink: (a) the name of the game; ( restrictions on play;

 

I think this was a restriction that should´ve been able to display during the game.

 

But probably you are right and the casino wins. And life goes on. 

 

Anyway I think that the system is built to mislead the player as much as possible and the casino easily finds a loophole to invalidate the winnings.

I want to add an argument to my last mail concerning my winning you don´t pay to me.

 

I think I wasn´t playing with bonus money when I went to play Merlin.

 

Because I remember that I had almost played my own 20€ and bonus 20€ when I first went to play Holly Madison -game. And in that game I won approximately 150€ and because of that winning I went to play Merlin and played with big bet. 

 

So I want to see my rounds. I know that you have system where you see all my rounds. I think I haven´t played with bonus money in that time. I have played my winnings from Holly Madison.

 

I have had the wagering obligation but it hasn´t been that 20€ anymore. And in your rules there isn´t mentioned about this thing.

Sorry my poor English, but I try to explain the situation. 

 

I am a quite new player so I don´t have much experience of these online casinos.

 

Here is the case:

 

I played last Wednesday at Codeta. I made a 20€ deposit and took the 20€ bonus.

 

I went to play Merlin Respin, Christmas edition -game. I put 7€ to that game by using the turbo / boost thing.

 

I got three scatter symbols and won free spins. And then I got respins and won 15 000 €.

 

Now I waited for a week and got an answer today. They don´t pay my winnings, because I had bonus money and my bet should been max. 25% of the bonus money.

 

It is in the Codeta rules 33.10.

 

I understand the rule, but I have two arguments and I want to ask has someone experienced something like that and tried to fight for the money.

 

1) Why the system doesn´t warn if you put bet over 25% when using the bonus money? The system warns you when you have too little money on your account and doesn´t allow to play so why the casino doesn´t have function for this also? I think it is quite misleading.

 

2) I also think that they should pay me the winnings like the bet was 5€. They shouldn´t pay me 15 000 euros, but the amount that the winning would have been with 5€ bet. They can count the amount.

 

I am sorry if I don´t know how to ask this in a right place etc. I am shocked right now...
