@davo777davp777 Hi there and welcome to the forum. OMG! After reading your post, I must say that it leaves you in an unfavourable situation! A far as the casino is concerned, you declared you were 18 when you registered, so that puts the casino in the clear in the eyes of the law. If you had completed your profile details correctly, the casino should have realised that you were only 17 and should have taken the correct steps to prevent you from depositing and playing. Giving wrong info during registration is completely on you and you alone - the casino cannot be blamed. As far as I can see, there's no way of getting your deposits back, but you can try your luck by filing a complaint here using the AGCCS facility, but don't be too hopeful though. Good luck!
