Guys, I just received my money. Today would have been the 10th day. I contacted support today and threatened to expose the issue on forums and in the community. I don’t know if that had anything to do with them finally paying me, but it might be a clue.

I was thinking about changing my strategy by canceling the withdrawal and trying to withdraw smaller amounts instead. I don't know if anyone has tried this and whether it worked.

My withdrawal is still pending. Today marks 10 days, and they claim there is an issue with their payment provider. I receive the exact same response from them every single day.

Heard that this NEW casino was up and running but had some unsettlingly issues, Its true they dont hand over the 50 free spins unless a deposit is made, the actual layout is neat and clean in my opinion, and had no problem s registering and followed KY & COCO  advice and uploaded info in my profile, the deposit page is up & runnng with many options  The CHAT  is not loaded up with AI and responded clearly with a live agent. looking forward gaming tonight after work. @Kyaramarko4 Since the casino is still investigating your documents and their 30 days dateline hasn't expire yet, I can only suggest you hold on for just a while longer. Hopefully they'll respond very soon.
