The casino cannot refund any of your deposits because no self-exclusion had been activated by you at their casino.. Some casinos do not close any of their customer's account but would ask them to use the Responsible Gambling Tools instead, which the casino did ask you to do. You can label all their promotional emails as junk, so you don't have to read them. Unsubscribing may or may not work, as I myself keep getting unwanted emails that I have unsubscribed to.
