That's interesting. So you received the $6,000 as a partial payment towards your pending withdrawals, rather than one of the withdrawals being fully completed? Do you know whether Bet-Football gave you any explanation for why they processed $6,000 now?  Also, have you received any response from the ADR yet?  

Looks to me like the casino is short of funds to pay you in bigger amounts, so better little by little than none at all, right?

I had 35k pending amount, now i received 6k, i have 29k on pending now 

First off, they were well aware of the situation before hand and they were fine with it. And that's what i was trying to explain, they were telling me to kyc, i'd fail, but then they could put it in withdrawal only mode.  Clearly thats not the case here. Secondly, I am not disputing casino funds, I am demanding commissions, which i earned.  Now if they want to come on this board and declare that they won't facilitate any affiliate from a restricted territory that would be a real interesting move and I'd be curious to see the effect that would have.  They can set my account into a withdraw only mode and remain compliant.    But yes, i know what you're saying but casino terms are so predatory it gives them permission to take anyone's money at anytime... at their sole discretion.  So really, I guess whatever they do is legal and correct.
