I believe the cool down limit can be set by the player themselves at boho and similar styled casinos in the limit tab. 

@mathias.grenier Hi there and welcome to the forum. You mean you cannot set a cooling off period yourself by using the responsible gambling tools at the casino? Or Boho doesn't have that tool? (If so, then it's really a non-responsible casino and should be avoided!)

On Boho Casino, I asked for a CoolDown period. The agent received my request but told me the request will be deal with when my Personal agent will be available. 3 hours later, I told them to never mind my request as I was tilting.  Weren’t they obligated to put in place my cool down period as there terms mention ? « The cool off period will take place immediately »
