@Gogab do you have the screenshot of the promotion email or the list of prizes offered for the promotion code or the bonus terms for this offer? This looks more like an animation error. If you had 100 fs in your account then maybe that was the original prize. But if you have the list of prizes available for this code and it says C$10000 as top prize then you should file a complaint. 

C$ probably means canadian dollars. Assuming he is playing with canadian currency on that site.

But what does the C$ mean? Do you have the terms and conditions?
