@Detru Very sorry to hear this mate. Looks like Askgamblers is not the appropriate body to handle your case. Have you tried getting an ADR Provider instead of going to court (which will cost you money)?

@cocopop3011 has earlier agreed to do one comp next year where bonus bets will be allowed. Our forum has never allowed bonus buys or bonus bets in the past and I don't think it's going to be a regular thing.  There are other forums across the web that allow bonus buys and you can find them easily and try your luck. The bonus buy contest requires a significant budget to play. On average, the bonus buy costs €10 with the lower bet, so you need a starting balance of at least €200 to hope to win, and that's if luck is on your side.

I agree with @kuff and @formerPokerpro  hope we will have some bonus buys contest in future..if we had live game,some "bad pay out" providers (personal didnt have interest to join) why not some fun in bonus buys

The Complaint Team rejected my 3rd ticket immediately. The reason given was 'Unjustified accusations' and lack of relevant evidence. I must respectfully disagree with this assessment. In my complaint, I provided: The Operator's own Terms (Clause 1.4.5), which explicitly gave them the right to close the account to prevent harm, so contradicting their main defense. Written admission from the Operator stating: "We genuinely regret that the process did not provide the level of protection you expected." Confirmation from the Regulator that their investigation is closed. Full GDPR-datasheet where all of my claims can be verified as facts It appears that AskGamblers is unable to mediate cases involving Responsible Gambling negligence, even when supported by the operator's own contractual terms. Every complaint has been rejected for totally different reasons, even though the core issue has remained the same. Since mediation has failed, it seems I have to handle this myself. I am taking this to court. I have instructed a Estonian law firm to initiate legal proceedings against the operator to recover my funds. I will make sure to update this thread with the final outcome once the legal process is concluded.
