@Afi4wins Do you think there is anything we, as players, can actually do at this point to help get the pending withdrawals processed? For example, is there any formal procedure, ADR process, complaint or other action that could put pressure on the situation and help get the payments moving?

I think the important distinction is processing time versus actual payment time. If the casino approves a withdrawal quickly but the payment provider needs a few hours, that’s understandable. What bothers me more is when a withdrawal just sits as pending with no explanation or realistic timeframe.
