Fone casino, which is part of the Black Lotus family of casinos is conducting fraudulent business practices.

After playing through my bonus requirements, I made a withdrawal in the amount of $2000. Everything was confirmed and approved and communication was daily until the wired money came through of only $1000. When I asked why it was only half, I was told at first that my request was for only $1000. Then, after 24 hours, I was given some bulls**t story about the security team made the call to have the other $1000 forfeited due to a previous match bonus that that I used. Even though the day before the wire transfer came through, I was still advised everything was set for my $2000 withdrawl request.

I asked why I wasn’t notified and what happened to the other $1000. The only answer I was given was that it was forfeited. Gone, disappeared, basically.

I have screen shots of all the chat conversations I had along with their confirmation and acknowledgment of my $2000 withdrawl request. I also took screenshots of the incompetent explainations they tried to give.

I can’t even begin to put in words how outraged I am right now. All their rules were followed to a “T”. If anyone who reads this has any info on how I can get the word out to warn people of this, or how to stop them from scamming anyone else, please respond.
