1xbet - Unsucessful deposit

Dear all, 

I made a deposit to 1xbet using ETH from Coinbase. The transaction was processed via a contract, and it hasn't been credited to my 1xbet deposit balance even though my transaction was completed back on September 28, 2026.

I filed a complaint as usual, and they informed me that such transactions are resolved at the end of each month, asking me to wait. I waited until October, but the issue remained unresolved, and 1xbet pushed the date to October 5, 2026. However, still nothing happened, so I reached out for support again.

1xbet then opened a query ticket for that deposit and told me I needed to wait until the end of October, stating that all updates would be provided within that ticket.

Then on October 29, 2026, I noticed that my query ticket had been closed, but the issue was never resolved and no reason was given. 1xbet told me to wait until October 31, 2026, and if the issue still isn't resolved, I should contact them again so they can reopen the query. It feels like an endless loop, while my money just sits there.

As someone who has been using 1xbet for 10 years and has turned over millions of USD, I am extremely disappointed with 1xbet this time, even though my deposit amount wasn't large. (0.02ETH)

Yeah, their Support like doing nothing. 34 days with clear transaction on-chain.

Another member had a similar case and it has been many months still pending a resolution, if I'm not mistaken!
