asqwer87 Posted yesterday at 10:08 AM Posted yesterday at 10:08 AM Hello everyone, I am opening this thread on the AskGamblers forum to raise awareness about an unfair account restriction by Rollbit Sportsbook and the withholding of my active balance of $6,770.14, won strictly on sports betting. Their compliance team has been completely ignoring my communications for over 3 weeks. Case Details & Timeline: - Username: Bebeshka1 - Total Deposits ($1,380.00 total via BNB Smart Chain): 1. $500.00 USDT (Credited on Oct 3, 2026, 12:53) 2. $300.00 USDT (Credited on Oct 3, 2026, 15:23) 3. $580.00 USDT (Credited on Oct 4, 2026, 13:57) - Total Withdrawals: $205.00 USDT (Sent on Oct 3, 2026, 21:46) - Current Active Balance: $6,770.14 - KYC Status: Fully verified. Live chat support previously confirmed that the Source of Funds level was not required for my account. What Happened: On October 4th, 2026, right after my sports bets settled in profit, my account was suddenly locked under the false claim of "multi-accounting". I want to explicitly state that I own and operate only ONE single account on Rollbit. I have never used a VPN, nor have I ever created any duplicates. The restriction is a clear technical false-positive. On the day of the block (October 4th), I was at a shopping mall and connected my laptop to the internet via my mobile phone's hotspot (tethering). Because mobile carriers utilize shared dynamic IP addresses (CGNAT), hundreds of mobile users share the exact same cellular IP simultaneously. The sportsbook's automated anti-fraud filter flagged a link between my account and another user who happened to be on the same mobile network provider at that exact moment. However, my laptop hardware, active session cookies, and browser fingerprint have remained completely unchanged throughout my entire betting activity. Total Ignorance from Support: I sent a detailed email explaining everything on October 5th, 2026. Since October 5th, I have sent multiple follow-ups, but I am being met with total silence. It has been 24 days without a single response from the Rollbit compliance team. I am a legitimate sports bettor, and I am fully prepared to undergo any strict verification methods to prove my identity, including: 1. A live video call (Skype/Discord/Zoom) showing my face next to my ID/Passport and my active laptop screen. 2. Providing official contract documents from my mobile network provider to prove the phone number used for tethering belongs strictly to me. I am posting this here in hopes that senior Rollbit management or their affiliates on AskGamblers will finally step in to resolve this technical misunderstanding and release my funds. If the forum administration grants permission, I can provide screenshots and the necessary documents. Afi4wins 1 Quote
Afi4wins Posted yesterday at 10:26 AM Posted yesterday at 10:26 AM @asqwer87 Hi there and welcome to the forum. There seem to be many similar cases lately, mostly involving crypto casinos or crypto accounts, and most are still not resolved. You can try filing an official complaint by using the AGCCS facility and let the right team handle it for you. asqwer87 1 Quote
