Complaints problem

I have an outstanding compaint with SLotsOasis. I responded within the 4 day timeframe, however its still saying "closed due to inactivity of submitter". Why is that?

 

I dont seem to get any response from my emails, and the case is not being investigated. They should be rouged!

I just checked with the Complaints Department about the status of this issue and this is the answer:

 

"The Casino has made a final decision not to pay the player's winnings. After receiving the latest message from the player, we forwarded it to the Casino, however we have yet to receive a reply. The issue has been closed automatically and labeled as "Closed due to inactivity of submitter", which is now changed to "Closed automatically due to inactivity". We are sorry that we cannot be more helpful in this matter."

Thanks for that, however they refuse to give a valid reason why they refuse to pay. I think there should be a warning on the website

Thanks, They are part of the whole rushmore group who seem to be going down the black hole.

 

To be honest, its quite a sum that they owe me to say "We'll monitor them in a future and decide if it's going to be considered as a "Not Recommended" casino. "

I'll personally take a look into a complaint and get back to shortly.

 

Doesn't matter if it's large or small amount they owe you, anyway, you have to be paid.

 

I just need to take a look closer into a whole situation. Thanks for your patience.
