Juany99
Hello guys! First time posting here. My post is a bit of a two-parter. First I wanted to ask if it’s legal to deny self-exclusion to a user? Basically I self excluded from Parimatch last week after I found myself gambling too much on their casino. That process was harder than others as I had to write down “For Parimatch” along with the date and a picture of my ID. Anyways, fast forward to today and It turns out the withdrawals I made before self-excluding bounced back because I wrote down the email wrong, so they unblocked my account so that I can withdraw again (They refused to just re-deposit the money themselves to the correct email). Anyways, now they say I have to wait 90 days before I make another self-exclusion request, despite me telling them I have a gambling problem (which I do). I find this crazy as I have never had problems with a site in terms of self-exclusion before. Is this even legal? If it is legal, then my second question is if there are any websites or apps that would block me accessing the Parimatch site. I don’t have enough self-control to stop myself from depositing and gambling more. Any advice would be great. Thank you! I can provide more images if necessary.
