Hi guys need some advice pulling my hair out

  I fell seriously ill in September the big c and had to give up my job I enjoyed a spin and always had a spin on heart bingo on payday every month for about 6 years roughly spent about 500 quid some months I won quite a bit some months I won nothing anyway .I ended up relying on benefits and I emailed heart as they were running a promotion over the Xmas period that you had to participate on a daily basis I explained the situation that I had cancer and my time maybe limited if my treatment wasn't successful due to where my tumors where on my sacrum  I told them I didn't want to close my account  but I wouldn't be playing as much as I would like to due to lack of funds as on benefits   but would still like to participate in the free games  I also said if they find that I have not logged in for a period of 6 months then they know that the inevitable has happened and to close my account.i don't know why I done this I suppose I was getting everything in order incase the inevitable did happen. Anyway within 20 minutes I tried to log in to play my daily free game only to find my account was locked , so I went to customer support who told me that I had been banned from the site and all the sister sites  I am now on benefits and can't afford to play no kind words to me regarding my illness I was devestated . Just tossed aside this is how they treat their customers . Anyway this evening I received an email from a casino called rainbow riches casino  so I thought I would join up when I put all my details in and pressed continue it said please wait until we verify your details which it did     I made 4x 100 £ deposits and 170£ deposit   as I was playing it suddenly kicked me off the site and told me to contact customer support which I did . The advisor told me that I am barred of that network and I shouldn't have been allowed to join up  or deposit  when I questioned why I was allowed too he said that as soon as the system picked it up it disabled your account  and we are there to protect you I said obviously not because you have allowed me to make 5 deposits and you have verified my account  I said that they have breached the gameling rules they said they would refund me the money in my account but not my deposits .  In the transcript the guy has admitted that they are in the wrong  can I get my deposits back if they ban me from their network please any info will help . By the way  I am in remission thank god xx
