Have made first withdrawal from Casumo who have cancelled the withdrawal (no doubt hoping I lose it) and asking for ID which I can just about accept. I have sent a copy of my card and utility bill but they also want passport or driving licence which I have neither. When I emailed them I was told 'you have won enough to buy some new ID' what sort of response is that? And what is the solution? You don't just buy a driving licence or passport, I don't want or need either of those. Any ideas where to go from here?

So i am trying to withdraw money from videoslots.com but unfortunately i need to verify ALL credit cards I've deposited with. But I do not remember where this one card i used is from so I am unable to verify and withdraw the money... I've verified everything except this one card. I am pretty sure its a virtual visa since it starts with 4506. Could anyone list all the sites that offer virtual visas?

As a long time online casino user, one of the main issues I see for players is getting the money if you win, issues such as delays in verifying and other stall tactics are incredibly common. I don't see why online casinos can take your deposits before verifying you. Surely its best to get verified before you hand over any money. That would stop any casino using the verifying process as an excuse to delay any withdrawals. I strongly suggest if you play on any online casinos to verify your account BEFORE making a deposit and keep the confirmation email
