I haven't seen any forums talking about Gaming Commissions so I thought I would start one. I find when complaints arise and gamblers need to go to gaming commissions they don't know where to go. I found an interesting Government Site that talks about some country's gaming commissions who award licenses to easily and those that actually respond to complaints. Here's a link to that site and although the link goes to Curacao Gaming Commission, you can browse all of them which would give you an insight on the reasons some casinos go to these countries which in effect have rulings whereby gamblers have or have no recourse.
You will notice that many casinos belong to gaming commissions in Caribbean jurisdictions and there's a reason to this. Basically, they are protected with rulings whereby they can have clauses that they can close your accounts without any reason.
