  1. I am in the process of changing my old email as my internet provider will start to charge for it in 2020, so I made an gmail address. Yesterday I email expekt as they have no live chat anymore!? To change the email of my account. I also made a withdrawal. This morning i got an email to send documents as if this was my first withdrawal (i have made a cople of withdrawals before with no problems and have provided my documents). So i was logging in to my account to resend documents but got message that it was closed, thought it might have something to do with the change of email as i used the old email when logging in as they had not yet replied to the mail sent yesterday. So i sent an email to customer support and asked how to send documents and how to get my account back active. Then 6 hours later about an hour ago they send an email to me saying that my account is permanently closed due to violating terms and conditions. "For further info read the terms and conditions on the site" I am baffled. Anyone had similar experiences? I have made bets and been playing on the casino, just normal betting and used some of their promos. The withdrawal was for a sum of about 1500eur.
  2. Hello, fellow gamblers! I played on Nordicbet casino and managed to win 5400 euros. This was my first time playing on this casino. I made withdrawal, and sent documents. Day after this I decided to quit my Betsson account due to gambling addiction. After this, I saw that my Nordicbet account was closed too (same concern) How do casinos usually act on cases like this, should I be worried that I won't get my money? I asked it on the chat, they told me to wait and that they are processing my withdrawal. (Today received mystery 200e on my bank account via Trustly, I have no idea where did it come from. I had no other withdrawals on other casinoes.)
  3. So Betsafe closed my girlfriends account without no expination other than they couldent say anything before tomorrow as they are inverstigating. She had a pending WD of 10 000 NOK. She has played here for 3-4 years lost ALLOT of money and cashed out 2-3 times i think small amounts. Her account is verified and all so i dont understand why they would close the account? In my 5 years of online gambling i have never seen anything like this before... What should she do?
