Hello, I live in Thailand and I won a maxwin in a slot game. I've tried to withdraw from GGBet many times, but they have rejected almost all of my withdrawal requests for various reasons. (The website approved one of my withdrawal requests for the smallest amount, which seems like they just returned my initial deposit.) Every time a request is rejected, I contact the live support, and they give me a wide variety of reasons. They've told me that my bank has a problem receiving the money (multiple times), that I entered the wrong information (even though I entered the same information as the one time they approved a withdrawal), and that I should change my withdrawal method (in Thailand there's only one withdrawal method available, the rest are credit cards). I'm very disappointed with GGBet because it's a great website—it's fast and easy to use. But I'm stuck because I can't withdraw my money. I've done everything that the live support told me to do. I've been trying to make withdrawals repeatedly for two weeks, and I still haven't received my money. I think I should get my money because GGBet is a legal website. I've also done some research and found that many people have had similar issues. So, is GGBet a scam? Should I stop waiting? P.S. If GGBet sees this, please help me. My ID is 35797148.
