I had been using this casino for over two years without any issues. I made regular deposits and withdrawals ($500–$1000 at a time), and everything worked fine — until I won $28,000. Immediately after this win, my account was blocked with the excuse that I had multiple accounts under my name — a completely false and unsubstantiated claim. If that had been true, it would’ve been flagged long ago. Even more disturbing, I was blocked from withdrawing my winnings but allowed to continue gambling and eventually lost the entire $28,000 back to the casino. Only after I lost everything did support tell me that the “issue was resolved” and that my account could be reactivated. This is not only unethical — it's fraudulent. This casino blocks large winners deliberately. I strongly urge anyone considering this platform to stay away.
