  1. Hi everyone, I’m feeling completely lost and hopeless right now. I’ve been a long-time player at Jackpot City, and something unimaginable happened. On September 3, 2024, I logged into my account only to find that $30,000 – yes, $30,000 of my hard-earned money – had been taken from my in-game balance without my permission. I was in shock. I immediately reached out to their customer support, thinking it was some kind of mistake, but instead of getting help, they locked my account and stopped communicating with me entirely. I can’t access my account or my funds, and every attempt to get a response from them has been ignored. It’s like they’ve completely shut me out. Feeling desperate, I reached out to eCOGRA and the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA), hoping they could step in and help. But to my disbelief, they couldn’t resolve the issue. I’m now stuck, with no access to my funds and no idea what to do next. I’ve lost $30,000 – money I trusted was safe in my account – and the worst part is that I feel powerless. I’ve tried everything I can think of, and no one is listening. This money isn’t just a number on a screen for me – it represents time, effort, and a sense of trust I thought I had with this casino. I’m devastated, and honestly, I’m running out of hope. I don’t know what more I can do. If anyone has ANY advice, if anyone has been through something like this, please, I’m begging for help. I’m considering legal action, but it’s such a daunting process, and I just want to recover my $30,000 and move on from this nightmare. Thank you for reading and for any support you can offer.
