Hi could someone give me advice I self excluded with cmon casino as I have a gambling problem then opened an account with get lucky casino which is the same owners I've lost a lot but it says if you exclude from one casino under Same ownership we will do are best to stop u opening a new account and you will not be allowed to withdraw winnings so am I entitled to get my money back what I lost today? Could someone pls help me in how to do this? Thank you so much
