Hi all. Just asking for a bit of advice. I have had gambling problems in the past & have self excluded from numerous sites. Last week I opened an account with netbet deposited £200 & also a posh casino account depositing £100. I lost the money with netbet & won £500 with posh casino. As soon as I withdrew the £500 with posh casino they contacted me to say I was self excluded with cassava enterprise & would only get £100 back. All bets win or lose are void. I decided to check with netbet if I'd been self excluded with them just to see if I could get my deposit back only because of the posh casino issues. Low & behold I was self excluded up until January next year. I explained I opened an account with netbet not knowing I was self excluded and that all bets should be void win or lose. They have refused saying my name had an extra y on the surname and that I used fake details!? Totally untrue. I used all correct details apart from an extra y on my surname. Any one that uses an iPhone will understand predictive text issues. Can any one please give me some advice as I don't think this is fair. 1 company because I won are paying out only the deposit & the other refusing to void all bets. My gripe with netbet is if I had won they would of only paid my deposit back. Also the customer service with netbet is shocking. The online chat hosts were rude & customer service are very slow at responding. I'd advise people to bet with the well know uk companies. Bet365 is fantastic. Thanks for reading
