My username is Isildurr900 One week ago i create my account on 888 i made my first deposit with skrill (10$) and i built a bankroll of 2700$ My account was suspended for the first time because the support need the documents for the verification, i ve sended them and in one day they send me an email my account has been verified and the documents accepted and account unlocked! Ok.. After 2 days i decide to cashout 2200$.. 3 hours after my cashout request i tried to login in my account but, surprise.... my account has been locked for the second time! "Your account has been temporanelly suspended please check your inbox " Ok i check my inbox and i found this email: With regards to your query concerning your poker account, be advised that our Operations department had reviewed the documents that you have supplied us with and it has been decided that we are unable to accept them for verification purposes. How can is possible now my documens are not valid if 4 days ago you ve accepted and verified my documents and my account? I tried to write some message to the support and operations team but they ignore me! Can you help me in this forum? There is a support member of 888 here? Please help me!
