I had the email on the 6th sent my details on the 10th refund processed on the 11th and then the money was in my bank a few days later. About 4 working days it took to go in.

The confirmation of funds processed was Sent to me Tuesday. And the money went into my account today. Friday. My email was from bingo security @ cassava .net some are getting emails from casinosecurity @ cassava.net in just wondering if the casino side of it seems to be busier.

Seems to take them about 12 hours to reply to my emails now. I'd try starting a fresh email with the reference number and see if they reply to that.

I've had a reply after sending the details they asked for. They said payment is processing and will take up to 7 days.
Looks like this could be our lucky month.

That's the same email I had from them when I asked them about it. Only difference is they named other sites. So seems legit as they have only named site I have joined and it's not the same for everyone as we had joined different sites

yes mine stated £300 odd and the email was from bingosecurity@cassavaDOTnet that seems to be the genuine email. they've also listed some of the sites I have definitely joined.

Looked through foxybingo terms and conditions to find an email address for cassava, it was the same address that emailed me about returning money spend while being excluded. I started a new email rather than replying to the one I was sent and I've just had a reply saying:
Thank you for your email. We can confirm that it is in relation to deposits made to a number of bingo accounts including Moon Bingo, Sugar Bingo, and Tuck Shop Bingo to name a few.
Kindly be advised, we are returning your deposits, as we have found that you self-excluded with our company and therefore your accounts should not have been permitted.
We hope this clarifies the situation for you.
