After emailing they have told me the amount is correct, I'm still not sure if it is... Do they have any other names they would use on bank statement or pay pal. Just wanna go through and check my accounts now.
This is interesting, I've sent an email saying I think I may have deposited more, which I think I probably did. Received an email from another account saying myself exclusion had been processed which is odd as hadn't requested self exclusion, hopefully this means they are looking into it.
My money came in, over 2000 which is mental as didn't think I'd spent that much, was over two years tho. Anyway it came to a different bank of mine than the details I gave so worth checking other old accounts if anyone is waiting for it.
Yeh that sounds annoying, I'll just have to wait till Monday and see what happens. I guess if they say they are/have processed then it will come in. It's quite a bit of money which would be good. Mine is from bingo security,not sure what difference it might make. Frustrating is too weak a word for this.
I had an email last Fri saying seven business days... Still no money. Seems like some people are being told seven and some five. Maybe coming from different sections within the company... Really hope mine comes soon. Anyone had to wait long after getting the processing email?
Got a reply they are processing the fund which is great news. I might write on the other posts at different sites, seems harsh people should miss out as they think it's a scam.
Great news, is that the first email you've received from them. To be fair it does seem harsh you can self exclude then join another one. I'm not getting my hopes up yet, will wait and see. Good for you though.
