Hello! No they have given me no information as to what the problem is but im dealing with cassava enterprise about it and the have no phone number and take 72 hour to reply to an email! Just getting silly now as i was expecting the money within a week of my withdrawal request! Just seems as its one excuse after another and the people at 888 who answer the phone are useless! Thanks il file a complaint just now

Help! I have recently joined 888 and deposited around £800 and eventually called it a day with £600 and withdrew. I had to send in my valid i.d. and that went fine untill they started having problems sending me a cheque. Ive been waiting over a month for this money and9 now they have just emailed saying they cant give me a timescale as they are investigating what the problem is. Anynody else had any problems with 888?
