  1. Hi,

     

    I have a question regarding Ecogra

     

    If I'm asked to supply an affidavit from Ecogra and to Ecogra, does this mean that providing all is correct and true and they get what they have asked for then will I have the case ruled in my favour?

     

    I ask due to if being requested for this information then I assume when provided it will go in my favour or they wouldn't of asked for it.

     

    Appreciate any comments or help/advice

  2. Well, let met share this with you all :)

     

    This is what happened to me : I became a member of a casino, send my documents, got them verified, made my first deposit, played with joy, got lucky, request my first withdrawal, paid within 30 minutes. This went on for weeks or 6 and then something went off. I got lucky and requested a withdrawal, it was pending for 6 hours and I asked live chat regarding this matter, I was told to be patience because they are doing what they can to process them asap. I waited for another 6 hours but still not get paid, asked live chat again and I was told the same thing 6 hours ago so I waited another 3 hours and still not get paid, asked live chat again but this time the person wasn't very friendly and my problem was not resolved. I decided to sent them an email, email sent, they replied and apologized 5 hours later, an hour after I get paid. All and all, I had to wait 19 hours to get paid, fast cashout? it's kinda slow for a lightning fast cashout casino.

    My next withdrawals after this 'issue' went smoothly and I was glad. Then, two days ago I got lucky again, requested a few withdrawals with a total almost 1K.

    I expected the money to be in my account within 1 hour or maybe 2 but no, I had to wait in total of 40 hours to get paid, asked them several times for the reason of the uphold, I got vague aswers and they won't give me another reason. I understand if they need to investigate my case but to be honest, there's nothing to investigate on because I didn't play with bonus money and I only played slots games, so cheating is impossible. 40 hours for a lightning fast cashout casino to process my withdrawals. I sent them an email about this and he replied kinda blunt and probably suggesting me to close my account. Apparently he/she was kinda upset that I kept sending them emails but I had no choice. Instead of offering me a freebie and apologize, they suggested to close my account. Am I overreacted or did I the right thing?

     

    Its all about patience every time :) and another thing that would help with things is the reviews need to be updated on here 

    constantly I've wandered into casino's armed with information which was inaccurate information or played at "top" casino's 

    which had maximum cashouts per week of 2 grand I mean come on . 

  3. Well as far as systems go I'm a high roller my system is ill come at you with a huge bank roll , at random , and out of nowhere ...

    Casino's Can Detect Strategies :

     

    They Analise betting strategies , have software to detect bots , and would most probably hire ex cheats to look for things

    their in the business of making money its logical to assume they can detect Strategies.

    Well I'm pretty sure casino's are in the business of detecting strategies and you have to be lame to use a bot all of that style of play is non-sensical

    I guess if I was in charge of one I'd be lookin to be detectin strategies to maximize profit and Ill give em credit there are operators around lookin to

    take em to the cleaners 24/7 the game is rough.

     

    Though that said I will advance a couple of good strategies

     

    a) If you find something by chance like a coin keep it ...I wont say why ...

     

    B) keep a running win to loss ratio in mind know when its time to hang up the guns for a while

     

    c) before you go in be clear minded nice cup of green tea does the trick every time and if your

    feeling tired rest up trust me I've been "down" that road a few times

     

    d) Enjoy the sessions ....positive energy can create positive things ..and sometimes your

    feelings can guide you.

    I noted on their website the email address there which was returning delivery failure not sure what the deal is

  10. I had to jump in here when I seen this  yeah Ill vouch for what the person said I've been a member of Mightyslots and Slotnuts for a while now and  the group hes referring too 

    is the Curgam Malta Ltd Group they use to take a while to pay but they have gotten a lot better over the years and yeah it would be good if their group had those casino reps 

    to sort out problems I see everyone complaining but no communication going on this guy is right on the money half the trouble would be cleared up if there was a rep around 

    and on all the major forums people are too quick off the gun sometimes .
