Well Phiro, I think the casino management see you as a 'high risk' to them, meaning, a small 25 EUR bonus can be converted into a 1500 EUR win. Imagine if they give you a 250 EUR and you then cash out 15,000 EUR! No casino would ever want to take that risk!

Yes coco but they even not tried it at that the bigest point wat makes me sad , i played there realy realy much , evry day myabe som day in the week not but almost evry day they gived me on 25€ bonus i turned it ower and cashed out 1500€ i think and after that newer nothing not even a deposite bonus . But never dont play at Videoslots never they can say here on the forum wat they want i found may things as the licensing they updated it ewry month i had good runs and at onc they dont updated the licens on their site and asked why ? the support agent sayd oh that ah i need to say to the bla bla department to update it they forget about it i waited 3 months there was no update ! could write more but i get punished here !
