I have an outstanding compaint with SLotsOasis. I responded within the 4 day timeframe, however its still saying "closed due to inactivity of submitter". Why is that? I dont seem to get any response from my emails, and the case is not being investigated. They should be rouged!

Not gone into this race, but won one of their tourneys a while back. They are good to their word, and after alot of playing I won it. Had to wager a few million though
