hi guys need some advice played in casino 770 with free bonus of 25 pound won big for me 1000pound on the 10 6 12 i put 30 pound in acount and lost that so made a withdrawel of the 1000 they asked me for proof of id and credit card i have sent and they say my account is now all good and my withdrawel is in progress and at the next stage and i should get a email when fund are validated that was on the 10 6 12 it seems along time in prosessing and had no email bk todate i have been on live chat and get the same answer every time its being dealt with by diffrent dept anyone no how long this casino takes cause geting no answers of them have sent emails and live chat
