I am filing a formal complaint against WinBeast Casino regarding the unjustified confiscation of my winnings totaling €13,500. I fully completed the wagering requirements of a bonus, after which I continued playing with my own real funds. Following this session, I completed the KYC verification procedure. I received an official confirmation email from the casino stating that my account was successfully verified and that my withdrawal request was officially "Approved". Shortly after this approval, the casino reversed the payment and confiscated my entire balance of €13,500, sending a vague email claiming a violation of their Terms and Conditions without specifying any actual rule or providing any proof of wrongdoing. Since my account was explicitly verified and the payout was already approved, the casino has no legitimate grounds to withhold my money.
