I've made a complaint aggain hopefully they will alow it this time cause stake are not willing to communicate with me anymore saying that my account is banned now .

They dont want to say , cause there is nothing wrong that ive done

Look at this .. absurd

They wanted me to take verification for level 2 , wich i did they approved me now when i delivered utility Bill For level 3 they declined it and now they are saying im banned due to breach od terms , wich ones the dont want to say... I dont know what to do Guys anymore

Level 2 completed , now level 3 and 4 tommorow hopefully i can manage it

Waiting over 6 hours for Stake support to even take a look at Documents i sent. This is absurd.

still havent replied back im waiting over 2.5 hours

Never been busy like this before .. they just don't want to reply thats all this is so disgusting how they are treating people

I have submitted level 2 verification but stake doesnt want to reply me back on support i've been waiting for over 1 hour.

Little update guys , ill be doing kyc level 2 right now and switch to level 3 and 4 tommorow i will keep you all updated here

Had to send email to support of askgamblers with more detailed informations now i've sent over 10 pictures showing what they are doing to me including slips what i've been playing and error message i get plus messages from support.

I will receive an email when they allow my complaint correct ?

I am still waiting for my complaint on this site to be processed i've sent it yesterday man

Why don't they ask for Verifications when a player is loosing constantly and when a player is depositing ? you can deposit trilion and you need to wait and ***** with them now for 30 days for 10k withdrawal man .. its not fair

To be honest its pretty much Lower thank 100k i just like to risk

I applied for complaint aswell but i think waiting time is 24-96 hrs

Its monday Today im going to send them what they ask but they are known to make this process very hard for players ive seen other peoples complains / waiting time to get approved etc.

Thats the 3 parlays i've won after that they decided to keep my funds frozen for god knows what reason lol , anyways I WAS LEVEL 4 ENCHANCED VERIFIED ALREADY.

This is the response from the support

Hello guys i've been playing today sports on Stake won few parlays and suddenly they want me to do level 4 verification (WICH I DID ALREADY ) I was verified for level 4 already , they want me to do it aggain and when i asked what terms of conditions did i break i get the response they don't want to talk about it and i need to verify aggain to level 4 wich is absurd.
