I am writing to request urgent assistance regarding a withdrawal issue on the 1xBet application. Despite multiple attempts, I have been unable to complete a single withdrawal.

Made deposit using Instapay to facilitate activation, but the option remains unavailable.
Despite repeated follow-ups on chat for the past week, the issue remains unresolved.
