Verification is still pending . It's been 72hours since the last resubmission. I am being told repeatedly that it will take 48 hours. ( been going on for weeks.) Not sure if the casino is listed here but I have seen resolved cases for the casino in question on this site, as well, I have seen the ask gamblers logo on the casino site. I am very concerned with doing this the right way.... I have over 30 000 in my account with them . And have not been able to withdraw anything since 2024, due to Verification.

I have been awaiting a withdrawal from an online casino for weeks. Verification is being made nearly impossible and I am getting the same responses repeatedly. I am new at online gambling and am not sure when the right time to submit a complaint is. Should I continue to resubmit over and over again ?
