I tried to file a complaint via the complaints section, but Octobet is not listed, so i'm hoping if i post here someone can let me know if there are any avenues i can use here on AG to get some response from Octobet.
The situation is a simple one. I requested a withdrawal of my balance of just over £2000 in early December. They requested some documents, of which i promptly supplied. Since then there has just been radio silence and i am clueless what to do to help myself get this resolved. I have emailed them countless times since then. They have no live chat. They are registered with the UKGC so i will be contacting them in a couple of days if there's no movement.
Does anyone have any experience with this bookmaker, Octobet? Will it be possible to submit a complaint via AG?
