Attention Megapari, I can't believe i would be typing this here, Megapari have shown an extreme level of unprofessionalism despite been very cooperative with them, after playing sportsbet with them, then tried to withdraw some part of it and that is when problem started. I have been trying for over a week to withdraw, i have around $482 in my account, was prompted to email security team but they keep pushing me around, delaying my KYC. repeatedly sent every document they requested including: clear photos of my passport, bank statement, utility bill, driver’s license (front, back, and while holding it), a photo holding a card with my player ID, and a selfie holding my ID next to a device showing the security department’s email, yet they either ignore or ask for new requirements, got fed up after they asked for my BirthCert, also to repeat the same process of holding a placecard with some written words. They won’t confirm whether your latest documents will finalize verification, and I feel they’re stalling and holding my money despite following all their rules respectfully. Please, I want to have access to my money and withdrawal.
