  4. Their T&C of 22bet.com says that the deposit made from the costumer they should be refunded even had two accounts.
  5. @Flatzem888 @cocopop3011 It was not my first deposit, it was not my first time gambling, I wanted to say that I made a deposit with my money and the casino game is gonna take because I'm under violation of their terms, something that for me is ilegal. I understand that they close your account and they can block you, but at least they should return the money that you made the deposit.

  7. Hello everyone! 22Bet decided to block my account on October 10th. They sent me a nice message saying they did it because I had two accounts. Okay, I’m not complaining about that... but I’m really frustrated because there was money in my first account before they closed it. They told me they would refund the money, but after 11 days and 15 messages, I only received another email from them ([email protected]) saying they would reply when it’s my turn. Has anyone had a similar experience? How long does it usually take for them to respond and solve the issue? Will they actually refund the money that was in my account before it was blocked? The total amount was €1,330.55 — part of it was a deposit and part was a win. I sent them another email on October 18th and I’m still waiting for a reply. Unfortunately, the ASKG team also doesn’t want to help me.
  8. @cocopop3011 Hey thanks so much for your help. Well they are not looking for my medical certificate, they already blocked my account. I'm just waiting that the block department put in contact to me to transfer my money, as they told me. Costumer service (online chat) they're only telling me that I should wait for an answer, that's all. I already put in contact with the regulation by phone and by email, but I never get an answer back. I also put another complain, hours agoz with images and explaining the situation that my account is closed with money inside, hope that they're not rejecting again.
  9. @cocopop3011 I already presented another complain, with the problem that my account is close and I didn't received my money yet since 10/10 in my bank account. Please if you can talk with the complain team that can not rejected my complain ??

  14. @cocopop3011I know what you mean. Is been right now more than 72h and the block department not contact to me for making the transfer. Customer support are telling me that it takes time, but how much ?? All of this situation is really frustrated. Any recommendation ?
  15. @cocopop3011I submitted all the documents, but even like that the complain team rejected my case. Right now I just created another complain saying that the close my account but there is money on it, but since Friday I'm not receiving any answer from 22bet casino.

  17. @cocopop3011about medical certificate that's funny, cause they can not ask you for that even you signed in the contract because at least here in EU is ilegal at least they have a judge mandate or something.
  18. @cocopop3011Hey, they permitted to have multiples accounts but not me so to everybody that is changing the number phone and email and that's all. The only thing is, when you start to make withdraw so quickly and more than normal, is when they start to investigate you. I was with this account since 17/9/25 and I made multiples withdraw without any problem. I guess that's why they permitted to refund me the money that it was before the investigation, otherwise they are robing me. Right now I can send and screenshot what it says that you are allow to have two, but I can show you where it is: Go to Menu/and then bellow your name or ID player you will see a small wallet, if you push then you will see your account with your money or 0, and then and option it says add another account. Of course I can post the email that is telling me about the medical documentation from the security department, I have a lot of them regarding for the same, and about my state right now asking to chat on line they are telling me that they are not working in this side and I need to contact with block department, that I did last Friday.

  20. @cocopop3011Hey, thanks so much for your interaction in my case, means a lot. Well, the last news was from yesterday morning. The casino decided to close and block my account. The reason was that I created a 2nd gambling account, that's funny because there is an option to create an a 2nd instead of your primary... So, I don't really understand to much the point of this people. Well, after that I decided to put in contact with suport in their online chat and they told me to put in contact with another department: block department. But is not everything lost in my case. The email that I received from security department told me that they gonna refund me the money before the investigation started, so I guess that the money is in my account they gonna refund me, I don't know when. Right now is been 24h without any answer. Also two days ago I putted in contact with the block department explaining the situation and they told me that once the verification ended contact them to refund me my money from my gambling account. I can send you some pictures of the email that I received from the security department and block department

They told me that I need to put in contact with the commission gambling that works with 22bet, that I did but I didn't receive any answer, and my money still there in the account and the answer of 22bet is that my accoint is under verification.   25. Hello !! First they ask me for my ID, and then, next email they ask me for certificate, because a year ago I told them to close the account, then I recently opened, and I send it the certificate that I was in a rehab center, but even though, they don't accepted that.
