@cocopop3011 Hey thanks so much for your help. Well they are not looking for my medical certificate, they already blocked my account. I'm just waiting that the block department put in contact to me to transfer my money, as they told me. Costumer service (online chat) they're only telling me that I should wait for an answer, that's all.
I already put in contact with the regulation by phone and by email, but I never get an answer back.
I also put another complain, hours agoz with images and explaining the situation that my account is closed with money inside, hope that they're not rejecting again.
