On 22/05/2025, I won approximately 115,000 Chilean pesos playing at Bizzo Casino with a deposit of 5,000 CLP plus a 2,500 CLP (50%) bonus. I never placed bets exceeding 5,000 CLP, as I was fully aware of the bonus restrictions.
However, the following day I found out that my withdrawal request was rejected and my winnings were confiscated, with the explanation that I had "placed bets above the allowed limit," which is completely false. I reviewed my betting history and there is no bet exceeding that amount.
I contacted support and was told it was a "higher-up decision" that could not be reversed. They did not provide concrete evidence nor allow me to appeal.
