I tried everything, but nothing worked. To be honest, I don’t understand why, because I’ve managed to withdraw before. The deposit was made using the FUN ID app, but now it doesn’t allow withdrawals there either.

I was told to clear my cookies and it would work, but that didn’t solve the problem. Then support asked for my IBAN to process the withdrawal manually, but they didn’t accept Revolut, so the process got stuck.

Hello everyone, Has anyone encountered the 6321 error code when trying to withdraw on 5Gringos? It doesn't accept any withdrawal methods – neither bank transfer nor payment to FUN ID.
