I thought I accidentally sent 300$ to my roobet account so I asked them to reopen it (I self excluded) after seeing the 300$ wasnt in the account I immediately told them to close the account again. They did not close my account. I got drunk 4 days ago and somehow ended up on roobet “checking” if my account was still closed and found out that it isnt. That lead to a 7k loss. Can I do anything? Will they return this money if I explain it to them? I lost everything
