My account has been blocked for two months, and I have nearly $5,000 stuck in my account and cannot withdraw it. I received a verification prompt and passed the verification, and I received a message that the verification was passed, but the account is still blocked. I have sent countless emails in the past two months but no one has ever replied to me. I think this is a complete fraud. I have not violated any terms but my account has been blocked.
